Domaine Nasai is a personal archive of fine wine tasting notes — mostly Burgundy and Champagne, with detours wherever a great bottle leads.

Every note here is from a bottle actually opened and shared at the table. Notes are written in retrospect: what the wine showed, where it stands in its life, and the story of the producer and the vintage that put it in the glass.
